I decided to try these pills after reading all the positive reviews about them and thinking that they might be good for burning fat. I have a hectic schedule with endless work and I find it difficult to keep fit without using the outdoor gyms (thanks to our Covid 19). I took these pills according to the instructions for only 3 days and everything was fine at the beginning. and there were no problems. However, on the 2nd day I had a slight feeling of cramping in my stomach and esophagus, followed by a feeling of bloating. It's almost like the feeling your body is digesting something when your stomach is empty. By day 3 I had occasional painful chest and stomach cramps followed by incessant nausea. At that point I stopped taking the pills on the fourth day. So far (only 6 days have passed) I have terribly severe nausea, occasional chest pains associated with the esophagus, cramps in the stomach that are piling up. with natural gas. It's so bad that for the last 2 days I've been waking up feeling like I'm going to throw up! I hardly get enough sleep at night due to severe nausea, which affects my ability to feel rested. The pain in my chest comes from a buildup of gases that never seem to go away no matter how hard I try to let them out. I hope these terrible symptoms will go away soon. I really don't want to go to the doctor just for taking any dietary supplement. Again, I never thought these pills could make me seek medical help. My advice is to avoid taking these pills, they can cause serious side effects that are not worth the risk to your health. That's probably why they label them as non-FDA approved so they don't sell you products.
