Review on Simplicity Footless Legging Ruffled Culottes: Stylish Girls' Clothing and Leggings by Tyler Spencer

I bought 4t for my daughter who usually wears 4/5xs or 5t pants. I took a chance with their body shape and saw reviews saying they were tall. Wonderful. That's all I can say. They're just long enough to roll off the foot and appear to be lined with soft faux fur. They're thick, not cheap at all, and for the price I feel I got more than I paid for. They look like thick sweatpants but look like leggings. They are not bulky at all. You can't wear them on a warm day - it would be too hot but I wish they made pajama bottoms like this for winter. My daughter is 36 pounds, 39 inches and she fits perfectly in 4T.
