Exactly as described.

My son liked it. As other reviewers have said, it tends to wander to the edge of the tub, so plan to keep an eye on it and give it a nudge every now and then. Since the rainbow appears first, the colors are quite beautiful. It gets cloudy over time so they could probably do a smaller one so it goes out just in time. A very nice scent. Soft enough not to irritate. Would get it again as a random gift.
