When it arrived it was clear the box was the wrong size. The pillow was stuffed into the box and took about a day to expand to its normal size. I read a lot of reviews and this sounded like the pillow I was hoping for. It's not like this. However, this does not mean that the pillow is of poor quality. I wanted a latex pillow that was firmer than this, softer support. To me, this one seemed a lot more average/hard. This might work for you if you don't like memory foam but want something similar. It can also be a good choice if you need a pillow to support and cushion an injured leg, for example. For me that wasn't enough. However, if you're looking for a medium-firm pillow that doesn't go flat like feathers or stay too firm like memory foam, this pillow might be the way to go.
