It works pretty well with the radioddity I have. I can just clip the walkie-talkie to my belt and use it just like I would with a phone and headset. I use it at the casino to instantly talk to my mom or reply to her when I need to. While the cord might be a bit unwieldy for some, it's just a matter of how you plug it in and then route it in or out under your shirt if you want to keep it incognito, but I just pull mine out. One in the left ear and the other in the musical bluetooth earphone. Together they deaden the noise of the casino a bit and I enjoy the music and listen in case my mother needs me. I really have no complaints about it, it's better than spending 10x more than any other expensive walkie-talkie headphone. And I like the company very much. On my first order, the handset broke off, so one handset was damaged when I received it. I contacted the company and they immediately sent me another one before I had a chance to return the broken one. That says a lot about the company and business ethics.
