Like everyone in the world who uses a razor and a brush, I started out with Colonel Konk's old shaving soap. I decided to try this shaving cream and I will never go back. It takes SECONDS to form a good lather and doesn't dry quickly. Sandalwood has a great smell, but it's so mild that my aftershave overpowers it so easily. Bottom line: Use only a fingertip-sized nozzle for frothing. The foam is ready in about 15-20 seconds. Very comfortable but very soft. an odor that is almost imperceptible. For what you get, it lasts just as long (if not longer) than old-school shaving soap. Do yourself a favor and switch to this product. You will never go back to your old shaving soap.
