I have had tendonitis in my right elbow for the past 5 months. It got to the point where I was in a lot of pain doing simple everyday tasks. I tried a bracelet that contained an air cushion at the compression point, I had a hard time putting it on myself, positioning it properly and tightening it. I then tried a sleeve that went above and below my elbow and included lots of velcro. This was the hardest product for me to put on alone and the velcro closure always felt like it was touching my skin somewhere. The third product was of a different type but had a larger gel area at the compression point. It worked quite well, but it's not perfect. Then I decided to try the Keen Health elbow compression sleeve. There is no velcro, I just slip it over my arm using the markings on the sleeve pattern to adjust it properly. This product is definitely the most comfortable and easy of the 4 I've tried. I'm still in pain, but I'm getting better every day. I'm so glad I decided to try this product. I didn't notice the material stretching and losing compression. I would definitely recommend anyone experiencing tendonitis/tennis elbow/golden elbow pain to try this product.
