Customer service nightmare
The product has become unusable - the software was not loaded. I called tech support who said 3 times they would email the download but their English wasn't good enough to get my email address correct - even after I emailed it a few times. mail had sent. I haven't for a long time. Called the customer service manager back 24 hours later and he found that no one had contacted me through no fault of his own when he passed the information. I'm sending it back after spending several hours calling Kensington Customer Service to no avail.
