Review on πŸͺ‘ Big Joe Imperial Lounger: Ottoman in Gray Union - Ultimate Comfort and Style! by Melinda Oliver

Revainrating 4 out of 5

More comfortable than I expected

I bought this sofa from Revain stock at a significant discount. I was surprised at how new the couch actually was and how big it really was. It set almost immediately and after a little fluffing it seemed ready to use. It requires frequent shaking, like most furniture of this style. But it's very comfortable and I often fall asleep lying on it. The foam feels snug, but once you delve into it, it's very odd and confusing. The fabric is thin and feels cheap, but sturdy enough to last a while, and at a fair price. But the foam seems strange. It appears to be some sort of mishmash made from styrofoam scraps that you could get cheaper. Some of the foam is very low density and offers literally no support, and some of the foam is very high density. Some of the foam pieces that I can feel through the fabric look like they still have some sort of faux leather padding on them. Like maybe a shredded car seat or maybe a desk chair? Very strange. There are also a few crumpled bits of plastic within the crushed foam. I tried opening the bag to get at it but that would be a huge mess. So. I didn't try to remove the plastic. The outer fabric is not removed either. When you open the two zippers on the bottom, there is no more layer between the outer padding and the foam. He seemed relaxed inside. All in all, it's actually pretty comfortable and looks like it'll last a couple of years at least.
