05/03/16 — This is by far the nicest makeup bag I've ever bought. The fabric appears to be very durable. I don't use make-up, I usually took a few little things with me, but it can also be a great pencil case or whatever you really want it to be. It comes in a reusable pouch which was a pleasant surprise. I love it! But. I'm struggling to unzip the zipper all the way, I hope it doesn't get worse with further use. [UPDATE 5/5/16] About a day after I posted my review, the seller emailed me about my review, they read it. and found that the zipper is not working properly. They offered to send me a new one for free but they won't take back the broken one because they won't resell it as it's broken. To be honest I was very surprised that they took the time to read my review and solve my problem. The new case should arrive in the coming days, I am very satisfied with the activity of this company and therefore this product deserves 5 stars. Don't be afraid to buy this item. Even if you have a problem, the company will definitely fix it!
