I like that it has a lot of flexibility in terms of how you can use it. It's very easy to learn. The interface is great for non technical users. You can customize everything to your liking. There are some things that could be improved. For example, there are certain reports that don't have a way to export them as a PDF or Excel file. Also, sometimes you need to save a report before you can print it. But overall, this software is great! We've been using it for about 2 years now and we haven't had any problems. It's helped us streamline our hiring process and keep track of employees.
