Waist trainer only, not neoprene inside for sweating like I though
This isnt a sweat vest as well, just trainer. Not what I expected. The quality is alright. Not Neoprene lined maybe Neoprene blended fabric but it didn't work well. It also is very rough fabric around arm holes and rubbed me bad.
