Review on HP Envy Photo 7120 Alexa-Compatible Wireless All-in-One Printer (Z3M37A) by Jarrod Zuvers

The printer, after setting it up with a few calls to support, seems to work fine. The problem I had was that the printer did not recognize the black installer cartridge. It took several calls and a major update to fix the problem BUT IT'S NOT WORKING. Luckily I bought an extra supply of ink with the printer and after hours of updating and tweaking on their part, support was able to fix the defective black installer cartridge. If it weren't for the setup issue, I would give the printer a very good rating. I assume they have a black cartridge but I don't see that. Maybe it surprises me after reading this.
