I did a lot of research on this product before purchasing it and most of what I read on scientific studies that say blue light lenses don't actually prevent eye fatigue was true. The first day I wore these glasses, I experienced the same eye strain I've struggled with all year. This quickly frustrated me, but I still wore glasses regularly. Over the course of about 5 days, my eyes gradually became less tired from screen time. I wouldn't say the changes were significant, but they were noticeable. What I can say with certainty is that my sleep has improved. Before I put on these glasses, I was struggling to sleep at night. The constant staring at some sort of digital screen was tiring my eyes and disrupting sleepiness. But after wearing glasses for the past few days, I feel sleepy at the end of the day and can sleep quite late. So I came to this conclusion. Wearing these glasses won't relieve you of eye strain or fatigue, BUT they can improve your sleep, which in turn will make your eyes feel fresher the next day and screen time will be less painful.
