Absolutely awful. I bought one last year and the battery died after 4 hours. I've only had the watch for 6 months. Then the group broke up! Called customer service to get my money back, they said I can't get it back. They tried to tell me to send it to their repair department to see if it was covered but I know these things are not covered and I would have to pay for shipping. My parents bought me the same watch for my birthday a few months ago and this time the back of the watch fell apart! It's been in use for a month! Guarantee given (shipping costs paid), a month has passed, still not returned. Such a joke and I will no longer be buying Kate Spade products. They don't care about their customers.
