The ability to create, manage and automate our invoices within one system has been great for us as it allows me access from anywhere in the world at any time of day or night! I dislike that my team cannot log into their own account without assistance during normal business hours (9am - 5pm). This can be very frustrating when we are trying to get work done outside those times if you have multiple people logging onto different accounts simultaneously. It's also difficult tracking down who last edited what invoice because there isn't another way than searching through each individual user profile manually which takes too long sometimes. We use this software primarily so our clients know how much they owe us every month via electronic transfer instead of paper checks sent by mail.
