Assembly next to impossible

It’s taken us over an hour to put together one chair and we still don’t have it done. The screws for the armrest are so difficult to screw in. We get all 3 in and the 4th is impossible to find the hole and when you do, it won’t screw in. This is our 2nd chair we’ve put together and the first was just as difficult. So frustrating!
