Was specifically looking for an end table with a 'tray' design so things wouldn't roll or fall off when pushed. This is exactly what I was looking for. I also like the storage space on the ground floor. Two problems: 1. I didn't have enough screws to attach the wooden top to the metal frame. However, I will say that it's pretty safe even if you use 2 screws on opposite ends. I'm still waiting for a response from Walker Edison about extra screws.2. The metal mesh storage compartment below is noisy. I didn't think about it before buying. I like that it's there, but it rings a little when you move items. In the end I deliberately installed the metal shelf upside down so that it also had the shape of a "tray". It works, but the inside edges have sharp metal parts, so they are not safe for children. However, it wasn't made for that purpose, so it's all my business. I like having extra space.
