Easy to use and helpful customer support

I like how easy it is to create an app with this platform! It's very helpful that you can test your apps without having them published for real users. The customer support team has been responsive so far as well, which makes me feel more comfortable about using their product overall.
There isn't much to dislike from my perspective right now. We're able to use our own code base instead of needing another developer or toolkit to build out applications at scale quickly - saving time and money along the way.

Pros

Easy integration into existing infrastructure
Great documentation & tutorials available online (both video/text)
Fast turnaround times in response rate between internal issues raised by developers vs outside clients.
Good security controls are built directly within APIs themselves rather than requiring additional layers such authentication gateways / proxies etc
