I recently suffered from left facial paralysis due to Ramsey Hunt Syndrome and am unable to close my left eye which has resulted in severe dry eye problems . This product is wonderful. It's lightweight, comfortable and effective, keeping your eyesight moisturized and protected while preserving your eyesight. The glasses fit perfectly. The elastic band stretches, just tie a small loop around it to adjust. On one of these I had to cut the plastic a bit where it connects to the nose bridge. They will fog up indicating it's doing its job, just wipe it down every now and then. I've also found it stays clean if I move it away from my nose a little to let in some air. I apply one at night to protect my eyes while I sleep. You have to get used to it. This is salvation for me.
