COTTON, THICK, POOR QUALITY

So incredibly disappointed! I bought hair ties in December and the quality was higher than any other hair tie. I decided to reorder and today my package arrived - super thin, very tight hair bands. I am incredibly disappointed! I don't know what happened here, but these are definitely not the scrunchies I loved so much and ordered last December! What a rip off!
