Very impressed with the training kit. Good quality, especially the stairs as the materials feel heavy and strong. Used them actively for training during the lockdown period while the football game was over. I would recommend taking each exercise slowly and building up to full speed. Ideal for learning to dribble with a weak foot and improving balance.
