Probably NOT cotton - be careful

I am severely allergic to microfiber. I must have 100% cotton sheets. Although I liked the colors and prints available and they feel very soft and I loved it, every time I go to bed I get the same rash as when I buy microfiber towels. Which tells me maybe the ad here is wrong, I think the sheets are mixed because I only get this rash all over my body when the sheets aren't cotton. Buyer Warning.
