Minced Rabbit Recipe in non-resealable, single-use plastic cups and single-use plastic shipping tray

My cat has a food allergy and has had trouble finding food that it tolerates and enjoys. I have purchased two other grain free versions of this chopped and/or flaked rabbit food but this seems to happen every time I find a food he tolerates and eats, both have been phased out in favor of these single use non-sealable plastic cups. Pros: He tolerates this food and loves it for the most part (mostly gravy). Its fur does not fall out on hot spots and small rashes that appear when eating other products with poultry or fish. However, I have many disadvantages. Another plus, as far as I know, is that the product is made from half native rabbits raised on a Nebraska farm. that all marine life today is made up of microplastics and much larger pieces of plastic inside, we as a species cannot continue to pollute the world's oceans in such unsustainable ways. We are literally polluting the largest food web on earth. The cups are sealed with thick aluminum foil which luckily keeps the food fresh for the 2 days it takes my cat to eat one cup. I mention foil in the cons because these foil lids can also have a disposal problem. I kept them in hopes that I could take them to a recycling center and recycle them. Other than that, they don't need curb recycling in my area. They introduced metal can lids and I know that metal is recyclable and much easier and more energy efficient than recycling plastic, although we're pretty sure the plastic is recyclable. We currently have a problem with plastic recycling that raises a big question as to whether it will be recycled or just sent halfway across the world to be dumped on the shores of some other countries where there are no real regulations. China no longer accepts our waste. The cups are not resealable as I have many different sized plastic and rubber/silicone reusable lids that are designed to fit many jar sizes and do not match these poorly designed and poorly thought out disposable cups. Not only are the cups made out of plastic, which may or may not be recyclable, they also come in a plastic tray that looks like it was meant for a showcase. If these bowls are going to be transported, they didn't think it through as they could be transported more safely using some sort of biodegradable, recyclable material like egg cartons. What is this company's passion for PLASTICS? I did mention that he likes the food because of the sauce, but I have a scam about this because it really isn't that groundy which my 20kg cat doesn't like. The pieces are more like chunks that are too big so I have to hand grind them. I have a nerve injury and this annoying chewing is causing me pain. I love my feline friend and I do this for him or else he will leave all the big chunks and won't eat them. would like to switch to a company that really cares about the environment and doesn't just talk about how much they care about the environment. I would never do business with this company if I could, but my cat needs to eat without getting sick from what I feed her and she deserves to be fed food she loves and enjoys eating . I insist that the companies I do business with do business in an environmentally friendly way! Please return the 3oz jars, this time only using a similar box to the one used to ship these non-resealable single use plastic cups and single use plastic displays. / Shipping trays. If you returned the 3 ounce jars and shipped them in the same box instead of two halves of the box which should be wrapped in the plastic you used to ship, you wouldn't need a single use plastic tray to keep the single use protect plastic. There's no sealable plastic tray, or wrap old-style shipping boxes with more plastic to keep the jars in the box. Yes, it might be harder to automate packaging, but it would be a smarter and more sustainable way. I would only recommend this to those who have a cat with a similar food allergy, otherwise I would advise finding a company that cares more about the packaging. Vicinity. I know they're trying, but they could do a lot better.
