5 bought, 2 died - in less than a year

during work they were good because it was possible to quickly charge the phone and charge something else normally. Keep them in: kitchen, office, bathroom. 5 was the ideal number of units. However, in the last 4-6 weeks, two of the units have failed. Both are used for fast charging of modern mobile phones. A bit worried about continuing to use the remaining 3, so disabled them. The third has died. Be aware that they pose a fire hazard
