I have had an Oral B electric toothbrush for several years and only use these brush heads for flossing. I have bad gums so I have to keep it as clean as possible to make it serve its purpose. These brushes are very soft (well, maybe right out of the box). However, they do a great job of keeping your teeth clean and your gums healthy. I've noticed that my teeth have gotten whiter since I started using them two years ago (and I don't even use toothpaste to whiten). For some reason this rating was hidden by the sensitivity filter.
