The pillow was bought to relieve pain in the knees and back. As for the results of the pillow, I can't say that it helps much, after a few nights of use there is no difference because there was no relief. First night of use it looked so perfect out of the box but after using it for a couple of nights the case looked like I've had the pillow for three years. I can't imagine how it will look after just a few uses. months for example. I wouldn't recommend this pillow just because it doesn't have enough firmness to support it, but because it's made of high quality materials that don't maintain a clean, smooth look. I do not recommend this pillow.
