I like that you can set up different channels to organize your messages, so it's easy to keep track of who has what information about each project or task at hand. The interface could be easier to use - there are times when we have trouble finding where things need to go in order to get them done! We've been using this software since 2015 with no issues as far as customer service goes (we're really lucky). It makes communication between our team members very convenient, which helps us work together more efficiently than ever before.
