Review on ShowMyPC by Payton Stovall

I have used this program for years from home to my office location with little issues but it is nice that there are updates available often! It has been very helpful in allowing me quick troubleshooting of PC's at work as well when needed remotely or using Skype/VNC (Virtual Network Computing). The interface can be confusing sometimes if you're new so go into training first before trying out any troubleshooting steps!! If your looking just get yourself trained up on how everything works then use what ever product does not suit until someone else comes along who knows more about their specific issue than myself. Remote Desktop software - allows us an easy way to connect via VPN without having too many programs running locally which would slow our internet connection down considerably.
