Review on 🔊 IBoost 800: Top-notch Stereo Line Level Audio Amplifier Booster Amp for MP3, iPod, iPad, iPhone by Jason Hutchinson

I wanted to stream music through my iPad to a sound system that would send sound to many rooms throughout the house. This installation was built into the construction of the house a few years ago and is somewhat outdated. It uses an old non-bluetooth receiver. I had a bluetooth to audio output converter left over from another project and it did a good job of transferring audio from my iPad to the old receiver, but the converter's output was lower than any of the others Sources, which negatively affected the sound level. streamed music from the iPad throughout the house. I installed an iBoost 800 device between the Bluetooth converter and my receiver, increasing the signal level going from the Bluetooth converter to the receiver. This worked great, although I had to turn the gain all the way up to match the levels of my other sources. It would be nice to have a little more reinforcement at the top end. However, I am satisfied with this product.
