I like that it allows me to do my job, but also have fun with people too! It's so motivating when you see other workers doing something awesome/funny etc.. The only thing is sometimes there are glitches or problems during certain activities which can be frustrating especially if you're working from home and want to keep working remotely as well. Honestly, before helping out with training content for our clients, i was skeptical about how much time an employee would need to spend in front of their computer, but after trying it myself (and seeing results!) i now realize how beneficial this tool really is.
