I read the reviews before I bought and it said they run big so I bought a size down which ended up being the perfect fit. I love these and would buy them again. I wore them to swim and they stayed in place and fit perfect. They come with a built in panty that is the same material so you feel like you have underwear on. They fit right below the waist. For the price you can not go wrong. If you don't like to show your legs but are planning on going swimming these are the perfect thing for you.
