It works face to face moisturizers
Smells like retinol cream. It definitely works for puffy eyes and dark circles. Also use it on my forehead to prevent forehead wrinkles. I've been using the Roc for about 3 years but it was out of stock so I got this one. To be honest, it works the same way. I'm 35 so I don't have any wrinkles around my eyes yet so can't tell if this is working. It's great for under eye puffiness and use it every morning in the morning.
