I was concerned about a curved back that was causing constant chronic back and hip pain. The condition worsens when I sleep because without support, my hip curves when I sleep on my side. claim they are! There is simply no density and they are easily crushed. This one is definitely a much more durable memory foam, very dense and conforms to my foot. I opened the lid and found that their memory foam is different from the usual yellowish off-white color, it looks like the color of buckwheat. Maybe that's what they claimed, their own memory foam, but it seems different to me. The sizing is also perfect and fits my foot perfectly, offers great support for my knee and more importantly, it aligns my rotation perfectly! I was ready to give up after trying others, but I'm glad I tried this pillow. If you have the same spinal alignment issues or back pain from sleep, just buy it! The bargain on this pillow definitely outweighs the fair price by far!
