Not like the photo - no black part at the end to insert the loose part into the hole to attach the strap. Does not always retract well and does not seem to hold up well and retract on its own. The website provided for the user manual does not work. While it seems odd that instructions are needed from 2 inches and don't specify whether to add an adjustment to your measurements, things just don't add up. Adding an inch "for the curve" seems like overkill since moving the band around the curve doesn't give you an extra inch of usable band. Everyone says it's a waste of money.
