I had a hard time coming to terms with this so I asked my partner to do it but I'm sure anyone can do it if they really try! lol It holds my heavy monitors and lets me shoot a portrait and a landscape which is great because I can't have both landscapes due to space constraints. Tilt and position adjustments are easy, requiring only the tightening and loosening of a screw. I wasn't able to use the cable management system too well just because my cables were too short! Either way, it's worth it and I feel a lot less cramped in my little corner!
