Edit: great customer service, the cartridge works fine even with the error message.

Very helpful customer service, Emma was great at answering my problems and helping me find a solution. The printer does not recognize the new cartridge and still shows 0% ink level, but the ink is working properly. I heard there is a solution to remove the fake message from the printer screen. If anyone knows, hello :)
