I'm typically a US size 6 and hover between a small and medium in pants. And, based on the other reviews, I sized up to a large as everyone said they ran small. While they're wearable as pajamas/loungewear, and I plan to keep them, I wish I would have done a medium or even a small-- they're quite baggy through the legs and look a lot sloppier than typical joggers would when they fit correctly. I genuinely think these run pretty true to size; joggers are supposed to be a slimmer fit.That being said, they're a nice lightweight material and super comfortable. I might buy another pair in a different color and smaller size!EDIT: Purchased a size small in a different color and they fit perfectly. If you want a true slim fit jogger, I'd stay true to size or even size down. If you want loose, baggy sweats, size up.
