Review on 🚫 Sennheiser HD-201 Lightweight Over Ear Headphones - Discontinued Model by Tim Beckett

Revainrating 4 out of 5

The best headphones I've ever had in this price range.

I've had these for about 5 months now and have been consistently happy with my purchase. For the money, these are the best headphones I've ever had. Pros: - They are very comfortable and not too heavy. I wear them for hours at work and don't feel any irritation. The "skin(?)" on the head and sides is soft and pleasant to the touch. I've had other headphones with cheaper leather sides that were uncomfortable to wear. - Sound doesn't leak too much off the page when they're upside down. (Unlike they're on the table where you can definitely hear them.) - The sound quality is very good, exceeding similar Sony headphones I've had before. - The volume is pretty good for in-ear headphones. I've had no issues with their volume with a phone, laptop, or stereo head unit. Clarity of highs and lows is better than other headphones I've tried in this range, but not unnatural. Cons: - I wish the headphone cable only ran down one side of the device instead of branching out and going to each ear. A little annoying to juggle them with a cord while lying in a chair or lying down. The attitude isn't that bad. It's hard to call this a 'con' as the pros outweigh the cons, but due to the softness of the head and ear pads, they can slip around the head a bit if you tend to take an earbud off to go with to speak to someone ... then or hear something outside. If they're both on your ears, it's not a problem.

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
