The quality of the locket chain
I like the locket - it's nice and strong, but the chain that comes with it isn't suitable for something heavy and difficult to attach. I couldn't change the chain because of the way it was made and had to pay a commission. I had to buy a new chain! Change that chain to make the customer worth it!
