The device is very poorly constructed. This means that SD/SDHC cards cannot be read in Canon DSLR - 7D and 50D. I have another CF-SD adapter that I've been using for several years with no problems. This is the second adapter ordered in the last 2 days and neither fit, but for different reasons. However, both are of poor quality and have been returned or are being returned. I will look for a quality supplier and try again. Another block was considered. Very disappointed. Avoid this item.
