This is a really good camera

. We bought two of these for a trip to Europe. I wanted to love them but when we got back they had to be sold on eBay. The pictures are great. I mean, they're great IF you can get them! The camera is really smart and the settings available make impossible shots possible. The problem is that the menus are slow and the confirmation screen comes up when you turn the dial. This would be a great feature if there was a way to kill them when you were ready. Instead, you'll have to wait, and by then the shot may already have been fired. Another downside of mine was the GPS. Receiving a signal oooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh you really need to be outdoors with this. Let's say you are in a square in Venice. 3-4-5 minutes after switching on the camera you _finally_ get a signal so that you can mark the pictures taken and remember in 10 years which cathedral you visited. Now you enter the church and *bang*, the GPS signal is gone. There's not even an option to select it to continue marking where you were just a minute ago. Nothing. Lack of consciousness without a constant signal rendered it useless. The landscape photos were really good and fun. I hope that the future model corrects these small mistakes that will make a big difference.
