I have bought this several times. You can't sharpen it, but it lasts a long time and is so cheap - just replace it. You still don't want to wear eye makeup for years; not sure. This pencil is very very soft and you can make it light or dark as you like with one touch of your application. My eyebrows are very sparse, but I wear glasses and they're not very visible, so I use them very lightly. my husband too. He even uses it to paint over bald spots when growing his mustache. good product and great price.
