Received this belt today and it is beautiful. The embellished buckle is quite unusual and adds a touch of flair to any outfit. Only downside: I have a 38 waist so I ordered XL but it's too big in this style. Upon observation, the clasp that attaches the buckle does not appear to be deep enough to hold the belt securely around the waist when buckled. The buckle is thick, so the clasp needs more circumference. The elastic band is strong and not easy to bend or twist when worn. In summary, I think it's for show only and not actual use as the buckle mechanism is too weak and unreliable to withstand pressure. There should be a stronger buckle for the size, girth and width of the belt.
