Great concept, bad design
The extra portable ice/heat pack is a nice touch. For the most part it works and the mask holds a decent temperature for about 10 minutes. The most annoying thing about the mask are the straps. The top straps are secure, but they go right over your ear, and if you take them off too quickly you could paper clip your ears. Their bottom straps mostly wrap around the chin and neck, so they hang very loosely. Edit: The customer service is amazing though. They contacted me and solved my problem immediately.
