This is a decent charger. I use it primarily to charge an iPhone. I like that it has the flexibility though of being able to charge other devices via the lightning plug or the USB-C plug. But it is only 30 watts so it may not charge every device you have. If you are prone to losing things like me having the adapter attached is nice. You don’t have to go looking for it when changing between lightning and USB-C devices. The over 6ft cable makes it very convenient to charge devices or transfer data between devices. The cable is thick and strong and the ends are firmly attached. There is an attached Velcro strap to wrap around the cable when storing it. No rubber band or twist ties needed. The ends are made of durable materials. The lightning plug is all one piece. Which is a characteristic of items certified for use with Apple products. The cube is about the same size but slightly heavier than other charging cubes I have presumably due to the special GaN chip inside. As far as speed goes, though I am sure it is fast. However, I have not noticed the difference in the speed of data transferring using the cable. I have noticed that my cellphone charges at least twice as fast. I am not sure if it is better to have my battery charged fast or if it is better to let it charge at a slower steady pace. A faster charge could help if you forgot to charge your phone until the last minute. This charging cube does not heat up as hot as my others do but it still gets warm. The only thing I really do not like about this charger and cable is that, like a lot of things today, they are made out of some materials that get the "P65 Warning.” So when you touch them or hold them you could get some not so good stuff on you. For the most part this is a good charger that would work well for a lot of devices and the price isn’t bad. I recommend it if you need a good one.
