This shaper is great! It actually helps on my sides. I have love handles and no matter what, ive never been able to get rid of them. Even when i was fairly thin, in my younger ages, I had them. Theyve been an annoyance so I thought that maybe a shaper would help!I can already see the difference with just wearing it! I plan to work my way into waist training this way and this also fits nicely under my clothing to where its not very noticeable so I can wear it to work!It doesnt help much with my stomach but tbh I can get the fat off of my stomach pretty quickly. I only have it on the first of the 3 rows and its already making me feel much better!If youre wanting this for back support or pain relief though, this probably isnt the product for you, but it does super well as a shaper, for what it is.
