Toddler does not mean a small child under the age of 4 in terms of shoe size.
They were very nice shoes. My only complaint was the size. I was confused by 3 different sizes. Normally there is only one toddler and children in a shoe store. I bought the large child size but we had to leave tissue paper filled with toes for her to wear. petite 8 years old. She could be carrying a baby aged 12 or 13.
- I like shoes for the occasion. I used it for a formal event.
