The best thing I like about this tool is that it has many options which can be used to create different types of reports. It also comes at an affordable price for students who are just starting out in their career as well as new professionals who do not have enough money to spend on software development tools. One downside would be its lack of customization features where you cannot customize each report or even add images to them. Also, if any changes need to be made after creating a document, one needs to delete the entire file before editing it again so as to retain all the information previously saved. With Koala Docs, we were able to easily manage our business documentation from anywhere using multiple devices such as PC, Macbooks and smartphones. This makes things easier since we don't always stay within office hours making sure everything gets done when needed.
