Put a good lotion on the roller, rub it on where you want it for dry skin and itching. Follow the directions and hopefully you will be as satisfied as I am. At the time of purchase, I read the reviews most were positive, one was negative, but sounded like the individual simply used the gadget too roughly. Don't man-handle this gadget. Be gentle, then you won't have anything to complain about. This device really works. You needn't wash it every day. Use it on clean dry skin, use up all of the lotion on the roller, then hang it up. Same thing for the following day or two, then GENTLY wash it in cool or tepid water and either paper towel or hang dry. This is truly a good product.a winner! I would recommend it to anyone and I'm glad I bought it.
